Pros

Only Pro I can think of is the excitement I had when I first started I was so optimistic and ready to work!

Cons

This Place Is Very Unorganized, Unprofessional , They're Not Good At Training You At All We Had A Day Of Training Literally Which We Only Took Notes Same For The Second Day For About 2 Hours And After That They Gave Us Desk And Computers And Expected Us To Know What We're Doing Right Away Just Off Taking Notes Our Team Lead Was HORRIBLE And Completely Lost She Had No Idea What She Was Doing It Was Really Pathetic Having To Learn It All On Our Own And Because Of That Of Course People Made Mistakes And A Group Of People Was Fired Because Of That . I Don't Think Anyone Knew What They Were Doing , We Didn't Get Much Help From Management Or Our Team Lead They Didn't Seem To Care Too Much To Help. I Wouldn't Recommend This Job To Anyone You Can Do So Much Better In A Place Where You'll Actually Get Help And Feel Comfortable Doing Your Job!

Pros

Nothing. Lies lies lies. everything they say is a lie. Team leads don't produce, blame everything on a recruiter. The CEO swears all the time. Manager is just there to hire people on weekly bases and fire them on weekly bases.

Cons

Everything. Nothing is fixed on stone. They had employees as leads, demoted them without notice or reasons. Fired a group of people for no reason. Wheeler Staffing has no future. It's run by incompetent people and the worse thing in the entire office is HR department. Rude and extreamly unprofessional girls run it. No benefits. No PTO. If you think you will go salaried. You won't.

Thank you for your post. I have to respectfully disagree on the statement made against HR. Our HR Manager has been with the company since day 1 and works very hard to keep things running smoothly and this company's well being is a huge priority of hers. We also receive countless compliments from our employees on the work done by our HR Onboarding Specialist who meets every person that walks through this door. They keep strong records on each employee and terminations are primarily decided from attendance and/or production issues. Regarding salaried employees, I can confirm that we certainly have a number of salaried employees (PTO and benefits included) that started out as an entry level recruiter and worked their way up to where they are today.
