Working here has taught me a lot for my future career path! I am currently a student at The University of Texas at Dallas and this company works and accompanies my class schedule very well! Great place and wonderful environment to fulfill goals as a recruiter and salesman. The staff and management here really makes it enjoyable to work here. Even though it is a fairly new company, a lot of growth has been made at my time here as we compete with larger recruiting firms. I look forward to thriving and growing as a recruiter while I am here! Definitely would recommend applying here!

To those seeking employment with this company, my advice: fake it on a daily basis. I've done that since day one when I started a month or so ago. Use this crappy place (if desperate) as a spring-board to a future, actually professional position. Get the experience, put it on your resume, and forget your ever worked here. Hard to see any positives with this company. I guess a pro is the lenient dress code (business casual). They'll also hire literally anyone that comes dressed up (but they'll also fire and let go anyone). A monkey could do this job (and do a better job than the all current management staff).
