Great team atmosphere Collaborative environment Wheels truly cares about their clients and will do their best to ensure we are delivering what the client needs to run an optimal fleet. They support and encourage the account managers and other areas so that they feel they can "do right" by their clients and teammates.

Cons

Being that most folks have been with Wheels for a longer tenure, you have to make yourself very open to make connections. This is not a bad thing at all, because everyone is very welcoming and warm, but if you are a shy person, you would need to work harder.

Everyone I have meet here has been extremely kind and helpful. Everyone says 'hi' in the hall, even if you don't personally know them and they're all willing to help you out and help you learn. It is clear all employees here want what's best for our clients.

Cons

Certain parts of the building are very outdated and so is the technology used. Although, I have noticed they are working on improving both.
