Pros

Wheels is a company that has values their employees, and as an industry leader, remains a very positive work environment in a sometimes challenging industry. The family values that this company was built on, remain in pleace, and the management team clearly follow this philosophy.

Cons

Very limited negatives about this organization. Compensation is competitive, and hard work is appreciated and rewarded. Challenges that do occur given a changing fleet industry environment and increasing expectations are sometimes difficult, but success is acknowledged and rewarded.

Pros: - Hard work is recognized and rewarded - You can learn about many areas of the company and work with management on a career path. - Great mentoring program - Industry is always changing, which makes the work interesting and provide opportunities to learn and create solutions - Love the shuttle bus from the train station. It is only a ten minute walk, but nice to have available in the rain and snow! - People that I work with a very supportive and nice. - Great culture and values - They meet with all the staffs on a regular basis to communicate plans, focus, vision. I really appreciate understanding what is going on.

Cons

Cons: - More options for healthy lunches in the cafe. - It would be great to have volunteer options available to do as a company/teams
