      Company really takes care their employees and has been in business for over 75 years

      Pros

      Some of the leadership is forward thinking and creative. Some employees see the need for change and growth outside of how it has been done for 50 years.

      Cons

      Much of the leadership and employees is stuck in "This is the Wheels Way" Afraid to challenge the norm. Customer contact employees not qualified against the competition. You can’t hug and kiss and take you clients to ball games and expect they will remain with you in this new world ,you need to be a valued part of your customers entire organization. Wheels does not understand this.

      -decent pay -some people are good to work with -wonderful boss in DSC

      Cons

      -you are a dime a dozen in the call center -extremely micro-managed -workforce management follows you around -do not get recognized for doing well -boring -no freedom -favoritism -feedback is never taken into consideration -poor scheduling -very hard to get time off
