Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We are a fast growing company which can create some challenges but we certainly are always looking to improve. We do offer project management training and are working to streamline our project management team. I am sorry you felt thrown in the deep end. We strive to keep a balance in our management style and core value of trusting our employees to make decisions, while still providing guidance. Each employee’s needs is different. We have an open door policy and would have loved to hear this feedback while you were here so we could have made a difference in your job satisfaction while you were here. We encourage all employees at Whereoware to tell us what is on their mind. We aim to create a work environment where people are excited to come to work every day, but to do that we rely on employee feedback.
