- Friendly Co Workers - Remote Work Flexibility

Cons

- Management is a game of favorites with little to no communication to the staff - We just went through layoffs after a “record” Q2, I am sure more to follow in Q1 24’. - Processes and responsibilities change with the wind with little to no feedback from the staff - Largely offshore skilled resources who are pushed too thin with inadequate help - Little to no upward mobility - Impossible to get the help you need when you need it

Runs like a sweatshop at times, Abysmally poor project management, Impossible deadlines, Hires temp Back-End Devs who are never available, CEO personally strong-armed me into writing a positive Glassdoor review (which is now deleted!)

Easy to get in I guess

Very poor management. Most of the higher management people are in their position because they just have been there. Don’t know what they are doing, no real world experience. Very old legacy code base. You will need to unlearn many things to work here. Some of the management people are straight out offensive and mean. Developers are working on 6 or 7 projects at a time. Recently had a lay off, amazed to see that none of the people from the project that was lost were laid off. Goes to show how they have managed to maintain the higher management for so long with same people. Everyone is on the chopping block.
