      Pros

      Bigger bonus potential than most employers. Performance based. St. Joe area is great place to raise family. Good schools, resort town in summer.

      Cons

      No other large employers for spouse in area. Compensation is too heavily weighted on bonus. Nice when bonuses are good, but not right now. Single people may as well spend their weekends in Chicago or GR

      Location, St Joseph is a great place to be in the summer. The company usually allows for a wide variety of work. And ability to move within the company

      The appliance industry is down, making the business . This is rough due to how the decisions have to be made. Cost projects are taking a priority. Again these projects are not very "fun" to develop. The other major downer is the PMP system. This is a tough
