Pros

Remote work, good lay and bennies, generally good employees to work with. Im happy here. If you can think logically, make phone calls, its not a hard job and is rewarding.

Cons

The fire Safety team is struggling to keep up with the overall growth of the company, so workload is increasing. This means higher expectations and work is increasing faster than labor. Upper management can struggle to see the day to day of the employees and has occasionally unreasonable expectations, but I've seen improvement over the year+ I've been here.

Pros

Great benefits, great employees, and worthy mission. Easy work and remote option is great.

Cons

Management needs a major overall. Corporal punishment for the fire safety team is rampant. Undesired work from other departments lands on the fire safety teams workload.
