Work remote and company genuinely cares about customers

Cons

Company is Always understaffed. Never a chance to breathe.! Half agents don’t even take calls so if you are on calls your screwed. Company will start like 5 new initiatives one one day and not train employees on them completely at all

Whisker is one of the rare companies that actually lives its values. The leadership team genuinely listens - whether its customers on social media, or employees on internal channels, feedback turns into action! It’s a culture of progress over perfection and a team of passionate people who truly care about the products we’re building. Everyone here is smart, kind, and mission-driven and it’s amazing to build something that truly improves people’s lives and their pet’s well-being. Most importantly, people are valued, hard work is rewarded, and we have pets at the office - hard to beat!! I’ve had the opportunity to continue to grow my role exponentially and have been promoted 7 times in 9 years.

Cons

We’re a fast paced environment with a figure-it-out mentality, which might not be for everyone!
