      Pros

      Lots of new talent with the company expanding. Cats and dogs in office. Hybrid. Bagel Tuesday. Always new things to learn or do.

      Cons

      The culture. There needs to be a deep evaluation if long term employees are still on the same mission. There is unnecessary tension from management who has been there prior to 2020 on really embracing the new employees. Collaboration is how companies win and it’s a difficult experience. Cross functional teams don’t respond or if they do partner they aren’t open to feedback.

      - The line-level people in engineering are reasonable and pleasant to work with - Leaders are at least polite while telling you to do the impossible - Decent benefits - Interesting products

      Cons

      - Completely unrealistic timelines. Hope you like working nights and weekends. - Fortune 500 bureaucracy with startup-level chaos - Leadership out of touch with ground reality and refuses to listen - Leadership is quick to judge and fires without hesitation - Leadership expects you to be 5x as productive using LLMs - Favoritism
