      It’s a good ole boys club and you ain’t in it

      Pros

      - cool products with a strong engineering working group - In office pet policy

      Cons

      - Strong nepotism culture starting with the CEO. Friends are hired and promoted while dissenters are terminated without cause. - Feedback is not encourage and is actively punished, up to termination - Consistently shifting product direction due to micromanagement from executive suite causes churn and confusion, resulting in burnout - Weak job security and benefits compared to industry standards and competitors locally - E-Suite violates professional boundaries, texting and calling employees on their personal phones during off hours - Promotion is dependent on how well the CEO likes you and if you are “someone he would want to get beers with”

      Terrible work environment and terrible CEO

      Pros

      No pros at all. The people are terrible

      Cons

      They used a lot of their employees and just let them go. They need a completely new leadership team. The CEO is probably one of the worst leaders to ever run a company. Be cautious before applying or accepting any offers

      Weird culture, great product

      Litter-Robot is a great + beloved product, hybrid work model

      Cons

      Management heavily promotes favoritism and turnover is high. People are let go all the time with no explanation.
