      Great staff, not as great leadership

      Pros

      The teachers and supporting staff are friendly and supportive. For a private school, the families are relatively easy to work with.

      Cons

      The school's leadership has had its ups and downs over the years. Hopefully the new Head of School starting in 2024-25 school year will be a good one.

      Pros

      I loved the people I worked with! Everyone has each other's backs, the comradery is very positive, and the teaching can be interesting.

      Cons

      The leadership is just awful! The current head of school can't make a decision to save his life, and there are senior level administrators like the head of marketing who are just so incompetent. Every 1-5 years we get a new head of school and it's the same thing again, nothing changes. The current head must be there worst, though, as he seems nice but really is toxic.

      Caring coworkers, always willing to help and do what is best for students.

      Cons

      Some people complain but then not do anything. While others complain and then we problem solve and actually take action and get stuff done.
