* Low matriculate that creates a lot of uncertainty

Senior management doesn't know what they're doing. Weekly meetings that can last hours depending on the department with nothing to show for it. The culture is very two faced. The website claims they want 'rockstars' over 'robots', but if you want to really mesh well with the community, you're much better off being a robot. The faculty are pretty good at what they do. The staff for the most part are not. If you're proficient at your duties, prepare to have a lot of work thrown your way while you earn less than your peers. They call it 'growth'. If you're sub par, you can probably get away with it.
