Good pay, lots of instability

Pros

Pay is great. Some very intelligent and driven coworkers that were a pleasure to work with. Challenging data environment which can be fun. Non-Atlanta employees are still 100% remote

Cons

Constant department restructuring and shifts, hard to keep up with who does what and what the goals are for the department/company. Hard to trust management to have your back. Low PTO allowance for a company this size.

If you are on the branch level, the culture is really contingent on your manager. No overtime 401k is decent

Cons

There is literally 0 growth potential at this company unless you are a sales guy or in corporate. Regardless of how qualified or overqualified you may be. ineffective and inefficient processes Behind the curve in terms of standard operating procedures. Not a data literate company Compensation is well below comps Company is going through constant reorganization and restructuring Upper management is horrible
