      Pros

      Pay is great. Some very intelligent and driven coworkers that were a pleasure to work with. Challenging data environment which can be fun. Non-Atlanta employees are still 100% remote

      Cons

      Constant department restructuring and shifts, hard to keep up with who does what and what the goals are for the department/company. Hard to trust management to have your back. Low PTO allowance for a company this size.

      Pros

      Pay is commensurate with job. Lots of room to gain knowledge.

      Cons

      No real room for growth without management/employees leaving. Cliques and managers/ directors hold on to employees instead of letting them grow. There seems to be sabotage to keep the employees from advancing on even moving laterally.

      -Hard to understand if you do not have construction knowledge or operations experience in company -Sink or swim commission structure, not a con but not everyone can handle that
