      Pros

      The opportunity for growth is great if you’re willing to commit, and as far as I can tell, the pay scale for management and up is pretty comfortable.

      Cons

      Like any large corporation, the bureaucracy and incompetence can be uninspiring, but if you stand your ground and express your ideas, you shouldn’t have a hard time.
