poor or no training, will hire with no experience but will replace as soon as they find someone better. company as a whole is more concerned with buying out competition than providing proper training, resources, or compensation. Eg I was not provided with a computer until I had been there for almost 2 months in a role that was 100% at a desk on a computer

Great benefits package including 401K! Safe- synergetic work environment and great leadership! Very thorough training and excellent communication. Forward thinking company and very diverse, Senior management is very open to ideas to help the individual branch be more successful.

Cons

None as of yet- I've been with my branch for 7weeks now! It is what you make of it, there are plenty of great career opportunities within White Cap!
