Pros
Great work/life balance. Ability to sell from stock at 400+ locations.
Cons
No geographical territories, same guys calling on the same prospects not a good look. Other AMs hold onto customers no matter how little they do and you get no chance to to grow your customer base based on previous relationships you may have. Acquisitions transitions were a mess. Bringing in items that would sell is a struggle
