      Pros

      Always busy, continuous learning huge industry Growing company. You are basically working on your without somebody constantly looking over your shoulder. A good math background is important. Every day you are selling something different and learning about new prodicts

      Cons

      Training is self directed there is not enough product training from the corporate side. Although every vendor has info on their website. Could also use reading a blueprint training
