      Pros

      Some really great individuals/leaders in the field. White Cap is able to recruit top talent, just can’t keep them there due to cultural/leadership issues.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. I strongly suggest not working here. There are equity issues, high turnover rates, toxic leadership, and no work/life balance. Better options out there, keep looking!

      Good Branch manager, decent pay. Local branch feels like a “local business” more than being part of a national company.

      Cons

      Sales software and some procedures can be difficult to learn. Can get overwhelming due to hot construction market and difficulty finding staff.
