Not much really. I was going to say the pay, but honestly I found an easier job paying way more when I left. A couple of my coworkers were cool I guess?

Cons

Office politics, micro management, middle school type cliques, managers playing favorites, worst dispatch I have ever encountered. The crap really runs downhill here and drivers are at the bottom.
