The staff is very dedicated to the residents of the facility as this is a 24 hour 7 day a week facility. Corporate leaders were always willing and able to provide support and the facility administrator was a great person to work under. The RN's, LPN's, CNA's, Dietary, and Maintenance crews were a pleasure to assist in their day-to-day HR needs. Made some great friends along the way.

Cons

The only thing I would have liked to see is that the Dietary crew would get a chance to sit, relax and enjoy when there would be company party events. I would have loved to have seen the food catered from an outside vendor versus them cooking and serving the food. It prevented them from enjoying the event like the rest of the facility staff.
