Since starting with White Oak, I have learned that the people I work with truly care. These individuals are kind, compassionate and have a heart of service. No matter the obstacle that may come, all White Oak employees see the greatness that White Oak provides. We call it - the White Oak way. No matter your experience level you will be humbled and pleased to learn the White Oak way. The continuity of improvement is what separates this company from our competitors.
In my years with White Oak, I continue to notice changes to include a positive work culture. There are daily recognitions that provide encouragement to team members. The company understands work-life balance and understands those challenges as White Oak is a family-owned company. The company recognizes there will be times of flexibility due to employee needs while meeting the employer expectations. There are opportunities for professional growth and to advance, no matter your position role. White Oak rallies support for promotions, as well as, furthering your education to achieve your career goals. More recently, we have utilized social media through Facebook to showcase our work interaction as a team. These posts provide only a small glimpse of the environment in which we work. As no company is perfect, and technologies are forever changing and keeping ahead of the change is a challenge for any company. White Oak continues to evolve with the times while maintaining ethically and structural integrity.
White Oak is a career start for some, an experience for others and a home for me.
Cons
It would be impossible to stay ahead of technology changes but more frequent device upgrades and speed improvements would provide an increase in employee efficiency.
