      Pros

      Our staff seems more like family than just co-workers. We have a positive supportive management team who are involved in the everyday issues that arise. Our clinical staff always have the supplies they need to take excellent care of the residents. Employees are valued and their ideas and opinions are welcomed. We have many employees who came here fresh out of nursing/cna school and they stay until retirement. We are a team.

      Cons

      The health insurance policy is above average but there is no one local in-network for the dental insurance. If you want to use your local dentist you will have to pay more out of pocket.

      Cons

      Longevity of staff can sometimes lend itself to exclusivity. Very friendly people but it can take time to feel a part of the team as many people have been with the company for a long time.
