      Pros

      Wonderful management and staff...good benefits,fair salary.monthly inservice to keep certification up to date,D.O.N. and Administrator are always available and very fair,regardless of job title

      Cons

      Working on the weekend is sometimes difficult due to short staff.sometimes pto slips are not returned in a timely matter.

      Pros

      Shif diff is good and benifts, can move to different facility if you relocate in Sc or NC area. So that's good.

      Cons

      Pay and LPN to patient overload. 33-38 patients per nurse per shift most of the time. That can lead to med error and poor quality in care if there is an issue that comes up during the shift

      Pros

      The residents are what gets you in the door and keep you there as long as you can stand it.

      Cons

      Management is not supportive. They run good staff away, time after time. Staff steal things. They do redundant work and paperwork that is merely time consuming toolkit good and serves no real purpose. The members of management are bullies, hide things they don't want "found out", lie, different rules depending on the staff member, won't allow time off in advance, openly discuss previous staff with subordinates to make themselves look better, gossip, ignore real problems, and are not really there for the right reason, the residents. Some members of mgmt can't make a simple decision without getting 4 opinions first.
