very good place to start, straight forward team and high level of training. Very focused on international aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Cons

The work was done mostly individually, and there was not a real team building strategy nor team-collaboration, being everything revised by the lawyer directly above.

Pros

Has a market leading banking and finance team in Asia. Highly diverse team with a number of women partners. Impressive Tokyo team. The new PE team looks good on paper.

Cons

In Asia the team is required to compete with Magic Circle without similar brand value and market recognition. Mixed view on Asian leadership, they are either great or terrible. The team needs to work on being more cohesive. A few leaders in the firm struggle to understand the Asian landscape and Asia in general.
