Cannot think of any pros.

Cons

No value placed on employee happiness or well-being. Senior management continues to seek means to reduce employee benefits. Morale is continuing to plummet within at least the New York office. Full of dramas, conflicts of interest, all things that only add more stress to an already stressful job.

Pros

Good trainee salary, you can get lucky with supervisors there are a few nice ones and departments with ok hours. Guaranteed overseas seat.

Cons

Generally awful hours, poor work, rubbish training and most people are miserable. Limited prospects for females - most departments are all male partners and very unfriendly. No mentoring.

Great locations of the offices, freindly environment, good work-personal life balance. Good health and life insurance plans. Nice offices, good and modern supplies.

Cons

Rare informal corporate events, therefor poor oppportunity to meet more colleagues and to build closer and more trustful relationship. Rare to 0 profit share or bonuses with middle level employees.
