Great folks, Horrible Culture

Pros

There are some really talented folks there. Opportunities for advancement are plentiful and hard workers are rewarded.

Cons

The culture. Too many "alliances" and not enough information sharing. Salaries can also be an issue since they don't seem to be competitive with the rest of the maket. Personal life is basically non-existant with current workloads.
