Not too much training, they do not invest heavily into the success of their employees, expect you to figure it out after a week of training, tough business model that very few exceed in and quick to fire people

Pros

The train station is under the building. There’s a few good people in there. You’ll get training on LIR, indeed, and monster that will help towards future opportunities. If you work hard enough you can get promoted fairly quickly (because of the high turn over rate.) Great stepping stone to enhance your career.

Cons

First, it should be noted that all of the positive comments about working here are way too positive to be accurate and reflect the fake culture. Second, I worked there a while ago so not sure if anything has changed. With that being said, very toxic atmosphere that’s swept under the rug, created from the top. You’ll do great here if you’re okay with being lectured at frequently, and watched like a hawk. They only keep people for a few months so think of it as a stepping stone to a better company.
