I joined WhiteCap for the opportunity for constant career growth and a work environment that was dedicated to providing its employees a platform for professional and personal development. Since day one I have received constant support, mentorship and opportunities for advancement. I started in sales, was promoted to lead a division and continuously empowered and trusted by Senior Leadership to take on larger roles and greater responsibilities. The transparency of leadership within the organization and commitment to excellence from the top down reinforces and strengthens my commitment to the company on a daily basis.

Cons

None - this is a true staffing firm. The organization gives the tools and training for everyone to be successful
