-Upward Mobility - the work you put in is what you get back -Great communication between Managers & direct reports. -CEO & COO genuinely care about how their workers do and check in daily for motivation/check ins. All C-Level executives here are genuinely great people and can't imagine any other company has great working relationships with people of that caliber elsewhere. -Recommended 5 peers to work here and all have joined - all are doing great and loving it. -Monthly trainings - WhiteCap ensures that there are monthly trainings for their employees to achieve success which helps employees keep processes in mind.

Revolving door Management creates a toxic competitive environment. Diversity is extremely lacking
