5yThank you for the feedback! We definitely look for people with strong organizational skills and time management skills but we can also train these skills over time. Because it's difficult to address the needs of our employees anonymously, I would encourage you to talk to your supervisor or one of the partners of the firm about your concerns regarding benefits as well as long-term opportunities with the company.

We have grown from 4 employees to almost 50 employees in under 4 years in business! We believe that change is necessary to evolve, grow and improve our business and are seeking like-minded individuals to help us to do! As the divisions grow, so will the structure, the leadership, and this will provide opportunities for those looking for increased responsibility. WCS must also be nimble enough to adapt to market trends and be opportunistic in our business initiatives.
