Good company to START not long term

Pros

Team centered and focused. They train all new recruiters. It is a very fast paced environment so they make sure everyone is prepared and trained.

Cons

No 401k Health benefits are expensive and poor coverage Work can become very overwhelming if you don't know how to time manage.

Because it's difficult to address the needs of our employees anonymously, I would encourage you to talk to your supervisor or one of the partners of the firm about your concerns regarding benefits as well as long-term opportunities with the company.

The training is very extensive and helpful. You get trained and do the work right away so you become efficient at your work. The people are very supportive and helpful!

Cons

covid so can't eat lunch together :(
