Great Place to work! Very entrepreneurial environment where you can learn a ton. The Partners are excellent, always there to help out when they are needed.

Pros

Strong leadership and a great group of people. Everyone works very closely so you have a lot of opportunity to learn and collaborate. Partners are extremely knowledgeable with a lot of experience, and really take the time to develop and teach employees.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, be prepared for lot of accountability - can't fly under the radar and do the minimum.
