Toxic work environment starting at the C level, berate and belittle associates on the floor, talk about firing associates openly and speak negatively of associates behind there back, extreamly cliqueish and controlling environment

leadership are bad and bad culture. all college kids. not interested in experience. people get fired all the time. no trust or upside. bad systems and phones monitored
