They discard people often and without warning; those they don’t usually leave. Their commission structure is extremely flawed. They often speak of “high standards,” but there are very few perks or company sponsored outings. Extremely intense environment - micromanagement, excessive hours, people crying in the bathroom. Even the good recruiters fail here because they do not treat people well.

First, it should be noted that all of the positive comments about working here are way too positive to be accurate and reflect the fake culture. Second, I worked there a while ago so not sure if anything has changed. With that being said, very toxic atmosphere that’s swept under the rug, created from the top. You’ll do great here if you’re okay with being lectured at frequently, and watched like a hawk. They only keep people for a few months so think of it as a stepping stone to a better company.
