      Pros

      WhiteStone is like working with family, that you get along with! The residents are great and the company has taken many steps to improve employee relations and employee benefits! WhiteStone also has flexible schedules for those with families or school, or just life outside of work! WhiteStone is expanding and always look to hire and promote within first!

      Cons

      Working holidays can be tough, but we are open everyday to serve the residents! Just part of the job!

      Decent locationsc and schedules. Not to much pressure.

      Supervisors suck and dont communicate properly.
