Pros
Great, fun coworkers. Managers and directors want you to grow as a leader, they give time to help you develop and learn. Enjoyed working with them. Pay was fair as well.
Cons
MOST higher ups (not all) do not practice what they preach (respect & communication). They only see you as an asset that gets you money. It also seems that anyone can get hired, which is annoying because sometimes we have workers here for a few weeks before they are terminated, this should be noticed in the hiring process.
