Pros

It's really great working at a non-profit company. The scientists working here are pioneering programs that focus on: cancer research, immunology, developmental biology, stem cell research, regenerative medicine, genetics, and genomic. The diversity is really great, because people from all over the world want to come and work at the Institute. The company offers amazing benefits, such as tuition reimbursement and vacation time.

Cons

Salaries are a bit on the low side, but the benefits really make up for that.
