Very helpful and supportive coworkers. The environment is incredible for cutting edge research and collaboration. Great benefits here as well.

Cons

Sometimes the work can be very demanding and time consuming. The work is very fast paced with very little downtime.

- intellectual doesn't get better than in Cambridge MA - potential collaborators everywhere - WIBR is very supportive of postdocs and other staff

- postdoc salaries are not amazing - benefits could always be better
