Pros

It is always great to be in a atmosphere were the team members and guest share the same food values and seeks out the same types of products as I do. The guest interaction is truly amazing if the products in the store and core values of the company are something that are of interest to the individual. The company also cares about the team members, wants to know each and every one of them on a individual basis, desprite the large size of the stores. Everyone knows everyone, and it becomes a home away from home.

Cons

Since the company has a very laidback atmosphere, some I feel can take that too far, and become too laidback on things that they should no, such as policy and procedure.
