It is rewarding to teach students and work with other teachers who are passionate about their teaching careers. I enjoy this part of my job.

Cons

If you work with a bad principal, watch out! The district administration will circle the wagons and not move that principal until he or she has ruined the school they are at. It happens again and again.

I enjoy coordinating volunteers. Everyday is a new challenge. Also I receive the same days off as my children.

Cons

It is a part time job with no benefits. In order to do the job to my fullest I find myself working more than my paid hours by taking home work.
