Forgot they had an interview with me for weeks mid-scheduling. Management makes up new rules and procedures and then gets mad at you that you aren't following them - we weren't told about them! Repeatedly! (Secretly writing you up for not following the new procedures, too.) Their Covid reporting is a joke; four people got taken out and we weren't told they were positive until AFTER they came back from a week off. Very secretive about who was out sick with Covid... Signed me up for a 401K without my knowledge or signature? I sure didn't agree to it. Cherry on top is that every group but mine got free company swag i.e. the coffee mug - rude.

Management and execs do not know what they are doing, they love to micromanage, constantly contradicting themselves and love to bring HR into the issue they created and state you're insubordinate, then back track after screenshots are provided. They will ask you to work 16 hour days without leaving the office and then not pay for 'overtime' which they consider anything over 8 hours in a day when you are scheduled for 10 hour shifts, I wish I was joking. Oh and they love to cut pay for hard working employees and pay new hires with zero experience and degree the same as the best employees.
