Pros

The pay is the only good thing.

Cons

This company is pure garbage. The management is trash. The only good people have now left. Slowly the good firefighters leave and the one who stay are pure cannon fodder who are washed up from agencies. If you want a career in fire don't start here or come here for anything. It will not enhance your portfolio and may even hurt it. It's a pretty great scam is all.
