Pros

Good colleagues, culture is friendly but has a corporate feel. They give you great training for your position and if you are interested in advancing, there seems to be opportunities for that.

Cons

Can be stressful at times but good colleagues help keep a good atmosphere even then. You can get stuck in entry level position for a long time. Pay not great.
