Pros

WDS hires from within their company before recruiting from outside. The office location is located in a nice area of Montana with views of the surrounding Gallatin Valley. Coworkers made it a fun work environment.

Cons

Communication on job duties and requirements were sometimes a bit vague. Pay could've been slightly better.
