Co-workers are great people to work with 401(k) match is acceptable Benefits are OK

- Pay is horrible. Many co-workers in editorial positions (Managing Editors and Editorial Assistants) who have been working in the company for years have yet to break $50k, even after taking on extra projects and job roles. Turnover rate in the company is high as well, also due to low pay. - Almost no opportunity for promotions, but they have no problem with burdening you with work.

The people at Wiley are some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with, and being an old, founded, corporate publisher, their processes are less chaotic than other places I've worked.

Cons

The compensation is very poor for the work involved. Upper management and the CEO make a lot of promises and statements about caring about their employees' mental health, but the options for raises and upward movement are limited.
