Pros

Love the people I work with the autonomy to work as it benefits me and the company. There is a work life balance. Their benefits are good.

Cons

I have no career advancement. Pay is not competitive. They have gone through reorganization and we are doing much more for the same amount of money.

Pros

Wiley prioritizes open communication and collaboration. They care about their employees (specially during the Covid times, they gave individual attention to impacted families)

Cons

Given that it's a part of a Multi-national company, it takes time to adjust and adapt to local situations due to needing several approvals.
