      Pros

      Working at Wiley has been a significant boost to my career due to its long-standing reputation in the publishing industry. You are exposed to a vast array of projects and subject matter that ensures you're always learning something new. It's an intellectually stimulating environment where you're able to collaborate with accomplished authors, academics, and industry professionals. Additionally, the company provides a fairly good work-life balance, offering flexibility in work schedule

      Cons

      The pace of innovation could also be better. Though the company is making strides, it sometimes feels slow and cumbersome, which can be frustrating in an industry that is rapidly changing due to technological advancements.
